Realizing the need for professional / engaging images at affordable prices, led to our forming of Apartment Foto. From coast to coast, we are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality professional imagery, at a price far below industry average. We now shoot Photography as well as Video and pride ourselves in creating unique images that our clients can be proud of!

We work with both National and Regional management companies to give their portfolios a more polished + consistent look. Our current clients comprise a growing list of prominent names in the multi-family industry: Waterton / Bainbridge Companies / Timberland Partners / Scully / NRP Group / Churchill Forge / Westover Companies and the Michelson Organization among others.

At ApartmentFoto, we work hard to exceed your expectations, not your budget. In terms of pricing - we like to keep costs simple - our shoots work on one flat rate and include (4) main categories: Exteriors + Interiors / Amenities / Dusk Shots and Aerials. We know that cost is a key consideration in choosing a photographer so typically, we are priced at or below the average cost of rent at the properties we photograph. Following our shoot, the images are retouched and uploaded to a file-sharing site in both high and low resolution. Turn around times generally are pretty fast - about 5 business days.
